The location of the hotel is pretty great! It’s close to restaurants and shops, making it so easy to explore the area. Plus, the lobby is nice and has a modern vibe. The staff were friendly, and check-in was a breeze, which is always a good start to a trip.

My room was a letdown. There was trash left behind from the last guest, and the shower door didn’t close, so it got chilly in there! I also had no phone in the room to reach the front desk, and they didn't respond on WhatsApp. To top it off, they kept trying to charge me for open bills that weren't mine. Major headache!
